Terms and Conditions

Our CSA is a season long commitment between the shareholder and Black Paw Farms. Your payment commitment begins at sign up. Upon sign up you are participating in the purchase of seed, supplies, qualified trained staff and fees associated with bringing you quality local organic foods over your 20 week share season. If for any reason you choose to drop from the program please contact us and we will discontinue your weekly shares. In doing so, please understand that your payment commitment has already been used to provide for the items listed above and is non refundable.
All installments are due on the 1st of each month following initial payment.
All livestock sales are final. There are no refunds on livestock purchases.
In the event that an item is no longer in stock customer will be notified and back order will be scheduled. Customer may choose to wait for scheduled backorder or to have refund issued back to original payment.
